Refund policy

 

Royal Blue Co. may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the products within 7 days of the date of the delivery date (please see the expanded policy below). You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause. Offers of ‘Free Shipping’ exclude the costs of returning goods. Royal Blue Co. will refund you if you place an order for a product that is either out of stock or pre-ordered where we are unable to supply the product within the required time frame. Our aim is that you are satisfied with everything you purchase from our online store. If this is not the case, you can return your product within 30 days of the delivery date if the following criteria are met:


Returns due to a change of mind:

Products that are deemed eligible for returns are those that are detailed as "Ready-to-Ship" on the given product page. Products that are not deemed eligible for returns are those that are detailed as "Small Batch Manufacturing" on the given product page, since they are items specifically made for that customer. We are not liable for minor color deviations as they are largely subject to the lighting of the images. We can only issue refunds for exchanges one time; we are not liable for a second refund if you aren't satisfied the second time you receive the merchandise. 

If your order qualifies for the previous criteria, the next step is that the product must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged, and you will receive a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee, and the original shipping costs. We do not cover the return transportation costs, nor carry responsibility for the return shipping of the product. The item should be insured for the full amount paid on the original order. If the product arrives damaged at our warehouse, we will deduct the according amount from the refund. The refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days once the product has been returned to our warehouse and after the inspection has confirmed the product is in its original condition. Customer is responsible for all outbound shipping costs of all exchanged items. Item must be shipped within 2 business days of authorization date. Customer MUST email return tracking number to Info@RoyalBlueco.com OR REFUND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. If any returned item is returned to us with shipping damage, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a freight claim and seek reimbursement from the carrier. In case of a product exchange, all shipping, handling, administrative, processing and restocking fees will be deducted from the final amount. If there is any balance, it will be issued in the form of store credit, with no exceptions. 

Cancellations that are made within 24 hours from order confirmation will be refunded in full back to the original payment method, this is through reversal from our payment processor and is not subject to change due to security concerns. If you would like to cancel after the 24-hour window, there will be a 15% Cancellation fee if your item is detailed as "Ready-to-Ship" Products that are detailed as"Small Batch Manufacturingon the given product page will be subject to a 20% Cancellation fee as these items are made to a customer's specific order. If the product is a customised piece with customised materials, this item will be subject to a 50% Restocking fee.

Freight/LTL: These are palletized truck deliveries where tracking is not always available within 24 hours of shipping. Each pallet has to pass through the carrier’s Distribution Center first before tracking is assigned. In case of cancellation requests, it might be the case that your item has shipped with no tracking available for the first 24-48 hours. In these cases Customer will still be responsible for original shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.



Returns due to Defects and/or Damages:

Customers must include 2–3 images of the product showing the area of the defect and 2–3 images of the original box with the information label it came with as part of the email request for return authorization. Returned items must be in the original packaging and must contain all accessories originally provided. If you would like to return the item, please email Info@RoyalBlueCo.com for the next steps on returning your item. Any merchandise returned to us without authorization will be refused. Customers must inspect the package for any holes, gouges and/or marks. A distressed package is a potential sign that the item was damaged in transit. RoyalBlueco.com will be able to handle any damage claim ONLY IF the customer notes the condition of the carton upon receipt (on the delivery receipt) at the time of delivery. Please note on the delivery receipt damaged "in transit" and list specifics. If you notice any damage upon opening the box and inspecting the item, please email Info@RoyalBlueCo.com within 24 hours of receipt.

Customer must keep all original packaging for 14 days after delivery in case of exchange or returns (We do not accept returns without original packing materials).

In the event of any attempted credit card charge back or dispute resolved in favor of Royal Blue Co., Royal Blue Co. reserves the right to charge $25.00.

FedEx or Small Carrier Deliveries: Upon delivery, if the packaging is visibly damaged, please take a look at the contents. If the extent of damage requires a full replacement item, please reject the package.

If a small damage (such as a handle, caster, button or any other small piece) has occurred, accept the package, take 3 pictures, email them to us, and we will identify the exact same piece, and we will send that specific replacement piece as quickly as possible. If product is not thoroughly inspected at time of delivery the customer is fully responsible to send the item back for an exchange. All claims MUST be made within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. Customer is responsible for inspecting merchandise contents and condition within those 24 hours. Customer must keep all original packaging for 14 days after delivery.

For colors, tone, and hues, please be fully aware that the colors on different Computer screen, Mobile and Tablets will be slightly different from the color of the real item

Unlike fabric swatches that are "man-made" and are all exactly the same, each of our leather comes from a unique natural cow hide. Owing to this, there might be a variation in the texture, tone and hue of the leather between the swatch samples and the leather you receive in the final product. Kindly be fully aware of that.

Conformity of Goods

Reasonable variations in the color or in the dimensions are not considered as a defect. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by your browser software or computer system. We use high quality materials. Some of them have natural character, which may not be considered as a defect. This includes variations in shade, texture, color or grain.
